Join the Green Hills Rotary for an Inspiring Talk on Disaster Relief Efforts

The Green Hills Rotary will hold its next meeting on Thursday, October 13th at 7:15am. We are excited to welcome our special guest speaker, Alan Sowell, who will be sharing about his volunteer work with the non-profit organization HopeForce International.

Alan practiced law for over 30 years before retiring in 2018. Since then, he has been involved with HopeForce International, traveling to provide disaster relief both domestically and abroad. He has recently returned from trips to Nepal and Turkey.

In his talk, Alan will share details about his trips to Nepal and Turkey, including the impactful volunteer work he did with HopeForce in these communities affected by natural disasters. He will provide first-hand insight into the incredible efforts to rebuild after earthquakes devastated villages in Nepal and cities in Turkey.

Attending Alan’s presentation is a great opportunity to learn more about global disaster relief efforts and how we can support important organizations like HopeForce International. It’s sure to be an eye-opening and inspiring talk.
