When Jasmine Chambers woke up on the concrete floor of a hunting barn in 2014, her daughter asked, “Mom, are we going home?” She could not answer. She and her husband had just walked away from everything they owned.
In Building Home, Chambers, now CEO and Co-Founder of JASPER, shares what she learned about the difference between a house and a home, and why your legacy is not what you build, but who you build. Along the way, she reflects on a lesson familiar to every Rotarian: the Four-Way Test, first shared with her by her 92-year-old Rotarian grandfather.
Join the Green Hills Rotary Club on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:15 a.m. at the Boy Scout Service Center on Hillsboro Road for this inspiring presentation.
Jasmine Chambers is the CEO and Co-Founder of JASPER, a Nashville-based luxury design-build construction company known for exceptional craftsmanship, transparent communication, and a people-first approach to business.
After spending sixteen years as a stay-at-home mother, Chambers found herself rebuilding her life from the ground up. Drawing on a lifelong exposure to renovation projects, a business degree from Lipscomb University, and years of leadership experience, she co-founded JASPER in 2020 with a vision to raise the standard for both client experience and company culture in the construction industry.
Today, Chambers leads a growing team that has completed millions of dollars in luxury residential and commercial projects throughout Nashville and the surrounding communities. She is passionate about purposeful leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal growth, and speaks candidly about self-discovery, resilience, and the courage it takes to set aside someone else’s blueprint and build a life you design.
Whether you are an entrepreneur, a business leader, or simply someone navigating life’s unexpected turns, Chambers’ story offers an inspiring reminder that our greatest achievements are often built from our greatest challenges. Her presentation promises to leave attendees thinking differently about leadership, legacy, resilience, and what it truly means to build a home.
