Using DISC for Business Success
The Green Hills Rotary Club is pleased to host Howard Osaitile as our featured guest speaker at this Friday’s weekly meeting on February 2nd, 7:15am.
Mr. Osaitile brings over a decade of leadership experience managing complex healthcare technology projects. He will share his insights on “Mastering People Skills for Business” – defining emotional intelligence and practical applications of DISC personality assessments.
By understanding DISC communication styles and flexing one’s own EQ, Mr. Osaitile will explain how to build stronger connections and credibility with colleagues, clients and partners – ultimately driving growth and success.
Beyond his own professional credentials including an LSU MBA and PMP certification, Mr. Osaitile actively serves the Nashville community where he lives with family.
