Leadership isn’t just a skill—it’s an art form that can make or break an organization’s success. On December 13, 2024, the Green Hills Rotary Club is set to host an engaging morning event that promises insights into leadership development.
At 7:15 a.m., members and guests will gather at the Boy Scout Service Center to hear from Craig Coyle, a U.S. Army Veteran and former Apache Pilot, who will discuss developing effective leaders. Coyle’s presentation, “Lead Like a Pilot: How to Develop Leaders That WIN,” will explore three key strategies for cultivating successful new leaders. His perspective is shaped by eight years of military service and global experiences, which have informed his approach to leadership development. A West Point graduate driven by a passion for helping organizations develop strong leadership capabilities, Coyle founded Operation Lead after 8 years of active-duty service spanning the globe. He has shared his insights with businesses across the country, focusing on practical methods to address common challenges new leaders face.
This meeting offers an engaging opportunity for professionals interested in leadership growth. Attendees will gain practical insights into developing leaders who can make a meaningful impact in their organizations. Whether you’re a business leader, manager, or professional looking to enhance your skills, this event provides a chance to learn from an experienced leadership expert. The meeting takes place at the Boy Scout Service Center in Green Hills.
