Todd Flowers has worked for Nashville Inner City Ministry for the past 35 years, helping to lead weekly volunteer programming, summer camp and summer academic programming, fundraising efforts, Thanksgiving and Christmas sponsorships, and hosting college and high school campaign teams.
He serves as an elder and as one of the preaching ministers for the Inner City Church.
He graduated from Columbia Academy of Lipscomb University with a BA and MA. He earned a MA and PhD from Harding University.
He and Tracy, his wife of 26 years, have 2 biological children: Michael who is a 24-year-old graduate of the US Naval Academy, where he played football, and 22-year-old Gabrielle who recently graduated from Tennessee Tech. The Flowers have also raided an additional 27 foster children through Agape, Inc and the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services. They also volunteer with Second Harvest Food Bank, Safe Haven Shelter, Kid’s Cafe, Barnabas House, Nashville Rescue Mission, and the Inner City Church.
