Bre Clark — Enriching Lives at Nashville’s Senior Renaissance Center

Speaker Friday, March 15, 2024

The Green Hills Rotary Club is pleased to welcome Bre Clark, Program Coordinator for the Senior Renaissance Center (SRC), as our guest speaker on March 8th at 7:15am.

Ms. Clark will provide an inside look at SRC’s mission of empowering older adults through community connection, continued learning opportunities, and engaging activities. A Nashville mainstay for 35 years, SRC is undergoing an exciting revitalization to better serve our city’s growing senior population.

From personal technology training to fitness classes, educational seminars, arts programming and more, SRC strives to reduce social isolation while supporting the overall well-being of aging adults. The center also relies on community participation through volunteering and fundraising initiatives like their biannual Pancake Breakfast.

With over a decade of experience coordinating programs and advocacy for older adults, Ms. Clark brings a true passion for redefining the aging experience. She leverages a holistic “systems perspective” from her social work training to integrate research, policy, and innovative programming.

Prior to SRC, Ms. Clark spent five years at AARP’s Older Adults Technology Services witnessing technology’s transformative impact on senior quality of life. She now spearheads SRC’s comprehensive tech training curriculum.

We invite you to join us this Friday to learn more about the Senior Renaissance Center’s offerings and vision under Ms. Clark’s leadership. All are welcome at our weekly Rotary meetings!
